A hydrophilic microbe immobilized media is provided to increase a rate of filling a bioreactor and improve process efficiency by controlling the specific gravity of the hydrophilic microbe immobilized media. A hydrophilic microbe immobilized media comprises a plurality of pores and net-shaped network flow channels. Microbes are immobilized in the plurality of pores to purify waste water which can be diffused through plural pores. The plurality of pores are extended to form net-shaped network flow channels. The specific gravity of the hydrophilic microbe immobilized media has a range of 1.01 to 3.0. The hydrophilic microbe immobilized media includes a three-dimensional polyalkyleneglycol based polymer.
