A method for manufacturing a fabric laminated foam pad 3 comprising the steps of: providing a foam composition comprising at least one polyol, at least one isocyanate and at least one catalyst to a mould assembly 4, 5; obtaining a foam pad formed from the foam composition from the mould assembly after a first pre-determined period of time; contacting a fabric 1, 2 to at least one surface of the foam pad; and optionally curing the foam pad for a second pre-determined period of time, wherein during the obtaining step, the foam pad does not collapse. The mould assembly may comprise two parts which are brought together to form the foam layer, then separated and a third mould part may be used to bring the fabric into contact with the foam layer.
