PURPOSE: A hydrogen separation apparatus is provided to easily separate hydrogen while maintaining the pressure inside a chamber using a pressure transducer and a feedback system. CONSTITUTION: A hydrogen separation apparatus comprises the following: a mixed gas supplier(70) supplying mixed gas containing hydrogen to a first gas port(2-1); a chamber(20) for inserting a tube shaped hydrogen separating membrane module(30) to separate the hydrogen from the mixed gas; a heater module(35) installed on the chamber for surrounding the outer circumference of the hydrogen separating membrane module; and a second gas port(2-2) for discharging residual gas after separating the hydrogen.
