PURPOSE: A virtualization device and method is provided to offer an integrated UI for various operating systems and switch the operating system into the foreground. CONSTITUTION: A VM monitor supports the operating systems to be operated in the hardware. The operating system is operated on the VM monitor and includes a server operating system(300) and client operating system(400,500). A VWM(Virtual Window Manager) includes a VWM server. When an application execution request is received, the VWM server switches the operating system for the application into the foreground.
