<p>PURPOSE: A flat panel display device is provided to supplement the disadvantage and/or limit of a liquid crystal display and an organic emitting device by driving the organic light emitting device when needing high luminance and driving the liquid crystal display when needing low luminance. CONSTITUTION: In a flat panel display device, a substrate(1) comprises a transmission region(TA) and a plurality of first pixels which are opposite to each other having the transmission region between them. A plurality of thin film transistors(TR1,TR2) are located in the first pixel. A passivation film(218) is formed in order to cover the thin film transistors. A first pixel electrode(221) is formed on the passivation film in order to be electrically connected to each thin film transistor. An organic light-emitting layer(223) is interposed between the first pixel electrode and an opposite electrode(222).</p> |
