PURPOSE: A communications network system and a control method applying the DMDB(Dual Mode Dual Band) terminal having a incoming call auto-switching function are provided to automatically request a call forwarding to a HLR(Home Location Register), when the local environment for the DMDB terminal is in the Wi-Fi service area. CONSTITUTION: A PCS controller(101) measures the received electric field intensity of the first communications module(120). The PCS controller recognizes the network environment change of the terminal based on the measurement result. A PCS controller delivers an incoming call conversion instruction to a second communications module(130). The PCS controller receives an ACK signal according to the incoming call conversion completion from the destination exchange. The PCS controller operates and controls one interface from the first communications module and the second communications module.
