METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING INACTIVE INTERVAL OF BASE STATION

PURPOSE: A base station sleep cycle management method and a system of a base station are provided to decide a LDM pattern of a base station in consideration of the LDM(Low Duty Mode) pattern of the neighbor base stations. CONSTITUTION: Base stations(310,320) transmit its own preference LDM pattern to a server(350) managing the LDM pattern of base stations(300,302). The base stations receive its own LDM pattern determined in consideration of the LDM pattern of the sub-base stations and transmitted preference LDM pattern from server(301,303). The base stations operate the available period and sleep period according to the LDM pattern received from the server(304,305). The base stations receive the new LDM pattern from the server as the LDM pattern of the other base station is changed(307).
