The device has a socket outlet central part fastened to a socket part (1) and received an affiliated plug connector. A shock protection unit locks and releases socket openings for an introduction of a plug pin when the pin is introduced into the openings. An upper side of a spring-loaded locking element i.e. forked sleeve, slides on an inner surface of a release lever (7) that is fixed to the socket part, where the inner surface faces toward a contact part (21). A controlling unit is cooperated with the locking element and provided at the inner surface of the lever.
