METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR BIO-GAS PRODUCTION BY ANAEROBIC DIGESTION OF ORGANIC WASTE PRE-TREATED WITH ULTRASONICATION

PURPOSE: A biogas production device using ultrasonic wave pre-treatment and anaerobic fermentation process and a method are provided to improve biogas production speed and transport number by anaerobic fermentation microorganism by applying anaerobic fermentation process after promoting hydrolysis reaction of organic waste through the ultrasonic wave pre-treatment. CONSTITUTION: The method of biogas production using ultrasonic pre-treatment and anaerobic fermentation process includes the steps of: promoting hydrolysis reaction by inspecting ultrasonic wave from the organic waste; and producing the biogas by anaerobic fermenting the hydrolyzed organic waste. The biogas production method using the ultrasonic wave pre-treatment and anaerobic fermentation process where the gas is injected into the organic waste in the investigation of the ultrasonic wave. The biogas production method using the ultrasonic wave pre-treatment and anaerobic fermentation process, where the organic waste is maintained by the temperature of 5~70°C.
