PURPOSE: A cable connection apparatus is provided to use a low frequency and a high frequency together. CONSTITUTION: A first rotation cable(1) is fixed to the inner surface of a plurality of electrode rings. A first fixing cable(2) is touched with the outer circumference of the electrode ring. A second rotary shaft rotor(13) is supported inside a housing(10) to rotate therein. The second rotary shaft rotor supports the other side of the electrode ring. A contact unit is installed in a coupler. A second fixing cable(4) is fixed to an electrode bracket. The second fixing cable is touched with a core wire contactor.
