PURPOSE: A sample roll device is provided to reduce the costs for exchange of a cold rolling roll when taking a sample of the cold rolling roll surface for analysis of an oxide film. CONSTITUTION: A sample roll device comprises a sample cold rolling roll(100) and a sample holder(200). The sample cold rolling roll is able to implement actual rolling by being manufactured using the same steel grade and polishing method as the actual cold rolling roll. The sample holder is detachably coupled to the left and right sides of the sample cold rolling roll with fastening bolts(300).
