<p>The present invention relates generally to the use of human IL-18 combinations in the treatment of various forms of solid tumors and lymphomas. In particular, the present invention relates to: (1) combinations of human IL-18 with monoclonal antibodies against antigens that are expressed on the surface of cancer cells; and (2) combinations of human IL-18 with chemotherapeutic agents.
