摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a warpage of an entire element due to a rear electrode without deteriorating performance in making a solar battery element using a thin silicon substrate no thicker than 200μm. <P>SOLUTION: The rear electrode 6 made of aluminum is composed of a first rear electrode 7 and a second rear electrode 8 having residual stress smaller than that of the first electrode 7. Moreover, a ratio of an area where the first rear electrode 7 is formed to the entire rear face of a silicon substrate 1 is smaller than a ratio of an area where the second rear electrode 8 is formed to the entire rear face of the substrate 1. For example, the first electrode 7 is formed and provided as dots on the rear face, and the second electrode 8 is formed on a remaining part except a connection electrode 5 within the rear face.
