PURPOSE: An acoustic/electric conversion package is provided to form a foreign substance prevention cradle groove on the top of an acoustic inlet hole additionally, by processing the surface of the acoustic inlet hole of a cover case into container type. CONSTITUTION: A cover case(160) covers a substrate(140) as including an acoustic inlet hole(162). The cover case defines a chamber region separated from the outside. An acoustic/electric conversion device(110) converts an acoustic signal into an electric signal. The acoustic signal is inputted through the acoustic inlet hole on the substrate. A foreign substrate prevention sheet cradle groove(210) is defined on the top of the acoustic inlet hole. A foreign substance prevention sheet(191) is inserted into the foreign substance prevention sheet cradle groove. The foreign substance prevention sheet prevents inflow of foreign substances to the inside of the cover case, by covering the acoustic inlet hole.
