PURPOSE: An aqueous solution for a thermoplastic polymer film is provided to impart excellent antistatic property to the thermoplastic polymer film, and to ensure excellent antiblocking property, transparency, and antifouling property. CONSTITUTION: An aqueous solution for the application to the surface of a thermoplastic polymer film comprises: an organic polysiloxane resin aqueous solution; an antistatic agent aqueous solution including a polymer compound having a cationic group in molecules as an antistatic agent; and a resin binder aqueous solution including as a binder, one or two or more selected from an acrylic resin, amino resin, alkyd resin, and epoxy resin. |
