<p>PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for controlling a process are provided to sensitively react to the small change of a variable coefficient by extracting weight application statistics. CONSTITUTION: The sample variation coefficient of a process is extracted(S410). The estimated average and the estimated dispersion of the sample variation coefficient are extracted by using the sample variation coefficient of a process(S420). Weight application statistics are extracted by using the sample variation coefficient and a time weighted value(S430). The estimated average and estimated dispersion of the weight application statistics are extracted(S440). The management limit line of the weight application statistics is extracted(S450).</p> |
