PURPOSE: An energy supply apparatus, a cooking apparatus, and a cooking method using magnetic resonance are provided to rapidly and safely perform cooking by directly transferring energy to a cooking pot. CONSTITUTION: An energy supply apparatus using magnetic resonance comprises a high-frequency generation unit(12) and magnetic resonance circuits(13). The high-frequency generation unit converts input power into high-frequency power through a cooking starting signal. The magnetic resonance circuits generate magnetic fields in the high-frequency power and transmit the generated magnetic fields to a cooking apparatus in order to generate energy.
