A method of manufacturing bathing-massage products from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles includes a preparing step, a treating step and a weaving step. The preparing step comprises preparing multiple PET bottles, cleaning the PET bottles, pulverizing after cleaning, melting and spinning the PET bottles after melting to form multiple environmental-regenerative yarns. The treating step comprises heating the environmental-regenerative yarns, preferably to a temperature of 100-110 degrees C for four hours, to shrink and shape them to enhance their structural strength, and ruffling the yarns to form multiple environmental-regenerative crepes. The crepes are then heated, preferably to a temperature of 125-130 degrees C for two hours, to shrink and shape the crepes (10). The weaving step comprises weaving the environmental-regenerative crepes with each other into the bathing-massage weaving products, preferably a gauze, cloth or roll. The woven crepes may be cut and seamed into a mitten, glove or washcloth. The crepes may be woven through one another by a stocking stitch knitting.
|
