PURPOSE: An automatic misting and sterilizing apparatus is provided to enhance sterilization efficiency of the polluted indoor air and to prevent the circumference from being dirty. CONSTITUTION: An automatic misting and sterilizing apparatus comprises: an automatic misting and sterilizing and sterilizing apparatus main body(11) having an outlet for discharging haze; a water tank(12) which is installed inside the automatic misting and sterilizing apparatus main body and stores mixture fluid of medicine and water; an ultrasonic wave generator which is installed near to the bottom of the water tank and nebulizes the mixture fluid by generating ultrasonic wave; a ventilation fan discharging air towards the water surface of the water tank; and a discharge duct(16) inducing the discharge of haze.
