PURPOSE: A CAS(Conditional Access System) and a method thereof are provided to perform the conditional access of a plurality of images in a multiview system such as a 3D TV system. CONSTITUTION: A scrambler(411) performs the scrambling of a single TS(Transport Stream) created for one or more basis or delta images. An encryption key generator(412) creates a basis or delta image encryption key for each of the one or more basis or delta images. A decryption key generator(421) decodes the basis or delta image encryption key. A descrambler(422) descrambles only a packet corresponding to the TS with the with a basis or delta image decryption key.
