PURPOSE: An autoclave apparatus is provided to obtain pressure power for the secret maintenance operation of the secret maintenance material from outside and to smooths the operation and expand the utility life time. CONSTITUTION: The pressure installation space(1) is formed by a high intensity upper frame(10), a high intensity sub frame, a high intensity left frame(14), and a high intensity right frame(16). The autoclave set(4) formed in dual layer in the internal pressure installation space. The autoclave set consists of a pair of finishing member(2) of upper part and auto clave unit(3) of the lower part. A processing space is prepared in the inner side of the autoclave set and is installed in the edge in which the seal member face each other and fold together. A seal pressure tool(7) is installed as the inside of the internal pressure installation space in the lower position of the auto clave unit. The seal pressure tool moves the auto clave unit up and down. The heating device and pressure tool are respectively prepared in the inner side of the finishing member. The heating device and conveyor are prepared in the auto clave unit. The seal pressure tool saves rising and falling member in the inner side installation space of the main body. The rising and falling member ascends and descends with guide by diaphragm. |
