PURPOSE: A device for removing liquid on the surface of a roll is provided to prevent liquid from being coagulated on the surface of a roll and a liquid removal member. CONSTITUTION: A device for removing liquid on the surface of a roll comprises a liquid removal unit(200) and an excitation unit(300). The liquid removal unit is installed to be attached on the surface of a roll(R) and removes liquid on the surface of the roll by moving the roll to the outside the roll. The excitation unit is connected to the liquid removal unit and vibrates the liquid removal unit to easily remove the liquid.
