PURPOSE: A double sided pattern film manufacturing apparatus, a double sided pattern film manufacturing method and an optical film with double sided pattern formed according to the same method are provided to form patterns on double sides of a base film by using an imprint method and a vacuum forming method. CONSTITUTION: A supply roll(110) supplies a base film in the set interval. A front side forming unit(120) has an imprint pattern. The front side forming unit forms a front pattern on the front side of the base film by the imprint method. A back side forming unit(130) has a vacuum forming pattern. The back side forming unit forms the back side pattern on the back side of the base film by the vacuum forming method. A finishing roll(140) winds the base film where patterns are formed on double side by the front side forming part and the back side forming part.
