PURPOSE: A vehicle tire with improved driving performance on a snowy road is provided to minimize the reduction of contact area while securing high edge effect because an inclined surface is formed between kerfs in each block of a tread. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire with improved driving performance on a snowy road comprises a tread, sidewalls on both sides of the tread, and bead portions on both ends of the sidewalls. A plurality of blocks(2) are formed in the tread. A plurality of kerfs(3) are formed in the lateral direction in each block so that the block is divided into a plurality of split sections(4). A part of each split section is a flat part(41) while the other is an inclined part(42). The inclined part is formed in a trailing part being in contact with the ground.
