PURPOSE: A plasma display apparatus is provided to simplify a manufacturing process by forming a coloured glass substrate at an upper substrate or a filter and to enhance a light property and quality of the exterior. CONSTITUTION: A coloured glass substrate(210) has a blue colour or a red colour. A plasma display panel includes an upper substrate and a lower substrate. A filter is formed on the front side of the display panel. At least one between the upper plate and the filter is the coloured glass substrate. An electromagnetic wave shielding layer(230) is adhered to a lower part of the coloured glass substrate with adhesive(220).
