PURPOSE: A zipper bag for storing frozen food, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reuse the zipper bag by enhancing the material intensity of a film sheet. CONSTITUTION: A zipper bag for storing frozen food includes a surface layer(10), a pattern layer(20), a PE film layer(30), a foamed resin layer(40), another PE film layer(50), a film sheet(S), and a zipper. The surface layer is a film selected from a nylon film, an OPP film, or a PET film. The pattern layer prints characters or patterns on the rear side of the surface layer. The PE film layers are attached as an adhesive to the pattern layer and the foamed resin layer. The foamed resin layer offers the thermal insulation function to the PE film layer.
