PURPOSE: An exercise management system using biofeedback is provided to maintain the differentiation depending on individual exercise capability by providing an exercise level depending on individual exercise capability and the biometric data measurement through a module attached to an upper arm. CONSTITUTION: A biometric signal measurement module(10) detects a biometric signal. An individual exercise machine module(20) is installed at an individual exercise equipment of a user(1), and receives an output signal of the biometric measurement module. A sub-server(30) for each exercise machine receives a signal from the individual exercise equipment and the same kind of exercise equipment. A main server(40) analyzes the signal from the sub-server for each exercise equipment, and the biometric signal measurement module includes a headset biometric signal detector and a biometric signal measurement terminal. |
