PURPOSE: A liquid phase material dispenser is provided to accurately discharge the liquid phase materials to a target point, to automatically control the discharge of the liquid materials, and to rapidly replace a valve. CONSTITUTION: A liquid phase material dispenser comprises a needle valve which is connected to a holder storing the liquid phase materials and discharges the liquid phase materials to a target point. The needle valve(100) includes: an input pipe(111); a valve connection part(113) in which a valve(120) is inserted; a connection part(114) in which two protrusions(118) are formed at the lower end thereof; a joint(115) in which an upper end is inserted between two protrusions and enables the rotation thereof; a needle connection pipe communicating the connection part; and a needle(130) coupled to the joint. |
