PURPOSE: A driver capable of dynamic slew rate control is provided to solve a problem of driving a screen according to frame frequency rise by controlling the slew rate of an output signal. CONSTITUTION: In a driver capable of dynamic slew rate control, an output driver(110) receives a control signal. The output driver generates an output signal. The slew rate of the output signal is controlled according to the control signal. An output driver generates a start time and an end time of measuring the slew rate. A slew rate control unit(120) detects a slew rate and generates a control signal. The control signal reduces the difference between the detected slew rate and a target slew rate.
