PURPOSE: An on/off protecting circuit of a sub power supply device based on a photovoltaic inverter electricity generation standby state is provided to prevent the on/off operation of sub power according to a photovoltaic inverter electricity generation standby state, thereby lengthening the lifetime of the sub power. CONSTITUTION: First and second voltage dividing resistors(R1,R2) are connected to the input terminal of an inverter for photovoltaic electricity generation. A discharging resistor(R3) is connected to the input node of the first voltage dividing resistor. A relay(210) is connected to the middle node between the first voltage dividing node and the second voltage dividing node. A MOSFET switch(220) is controlled by driving the relay. The MOSFET switch is connected to the output node of the discharging resistor to apply a current to the discharging resistor.
