PROBE CARD WITH MULTI-LAYER CANTILEVER

摘要

PURPOSE: A probe card with a multi-layered cantilever is provided to improve the elasticity and prevent the damage of a needle by forming the cantilever based on two or more plates. CONSTITUTION: A printed circuit board(102) forms a connecting terminal which is electrically connected with a measuring unit. Two loading grooves are symmetrically formed based on the center of the opening(102a) of the printed circuit board. Two first cantilevers(104a) are loaded in the loading grooves. Two second cantilevers(104b) are fixed to the opposite position of the first cantilevers. Needles(106) are inserted into needle through holes which are formed at one side of the first cantilevers and the second cantilevers.
