摘要 FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of biotechnology and deals with recombinant plasmid DNA, which contains sequence of gene of mature staphylokinase Staphylococcus aureus with replacement of codons K74, E75 and R77 with triplets, which code Ala, of strain Escherichia coli MZ09 and method of obtaining recombinant protein, which contains sequence of gene of mature staphylokinase with replacement of codons K74, E75 and R77 with Ala-coding triplets. Essence of method includes recombinant plasmid DNA, which codes sequence of gene of mature protein of staphylokinase from Staphylococcus aureus staphylokinase with replacement of codons K74, E75 and R77 with Ala-coding triplets, which has nucleotide sequence, given in dwg.1.
