摘要 FIELD: chemistry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to biotechnology. The invention specifically relates to a method of purifying a group of high-molecular protein antigens of fasciola. High-molecular protein antigens of fasciola are purified using high-performance chromatography. Protein extracts of fasciola (F. hepatica and F. gigantica) are fractionated through gel filtration of the extract on an HR 10/30 column with superpose 12. After that, the pool of fractions obtained during first fractionation, in which high-molecular protein antigens are detected, undergoes re-chromatography on the column with the same sorbent. Antigen activity of the fractions is determined via diffusion precipitation in agar gel using three types of whey containing an antibody to different antigen components of fasciola. The product obtained using this method can be used as a diagnostic preparation, as well as for studying molecular basis of immunological relationship and species differences in antigens of different origin. ^ EFFECT: invention increases degree of purification of a group of high-molecular protein antigens of two types of fasciola (F hepatica and F gigantica). ^ 4 dwg, 2 ex
