FIELD: mining. ^ SUBSTANCE: thermal excitation of rock mass is performed by pumping of washing fluid through the well by means of tubing string, the temperature of which differs from temperature of rock mass. Prior to the beginning of thermal excitation, during thermal excitation and after thermal excitation is completed, differential electric signals proportional to temperature difference in the well is recorded at least by a pair of temperature sensors located along the well axis. Distances between sensors in pairs and the number of pairs is chosen in advance on the basis of the required accuracy of determination of location of rock mass bed boundaries with various properties, minimum and maximum possible spread of pointed out areas of rock mass and nature and degree of temperature interference in the well. Differential electric signals of pairs of temperature sensors, which were measured before the beginning of thermal excitation of rock mass, are compared to differential electric signals of the same pairs of temperature sensors, which were measured during thermal excitation, as well as differential electric signals of various pairs of temperature sensors located along the well between each other. As per comparison results of differential electric signals, differences of various areas of rock mass are characterised as per their properties and boundaries are pointed out between rock mass areas having various properties. ^ EFFECT: improving accuracy and efficiency of allocation of rock mass areas with various thermal properties. ^ 28 cl, 1 dwg |
