FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ore dressing and may be used in lumpy radiometric separation of ore. Proposed module comprises bin feeder, lump handler with concave unloading end, belt conveyor, irradiating measuring device, actuators connected with control system, concentrate and tail intake bins arranged on frame, current lump size determination and identification appliances made up of first and second optoelectronic sensors. Lump centraliser is mounted at section of lump transfer from handler onto belt conveyor and arranged to produce U-shaped local belt section congruent with unloader outlet end cross section profile and liner section for remaining part of belt conveyor. First said sensor is arranged at lump outlet from said U-shaped local belt section into linear profile section while second sensor is arranged at point lumps are discharged from conveyor. Actuators are combined into groups to quantity of irradiating measuring device of separated grades. Each said group comprises, at least, two independent-control air blow nozzles arranged along conveying direction at different height. Control system initiates said nozzles in compliance with current size of lumps and generates emergent signal in case current lump not separated by actuators leaves conveyor unloading end. ^ EFFECT: higher quality and efficiency of lumps automatic separation and sizing at 1 m/s rate. ^ 11 cl, 14 dwg |
