FIELD: machine building. ^ SUBSTANCE: expander-generator set consists of cylinder case with axial inlet branch and perpendicular outlet branch, of shaft, with working wheel and elements of generator rotor, installed inside case in bearings and of stator. The inlet branch is located along axis of the set case. As a working wheel there is used the working wheel of active type with axial feed. The stator is secured in its own case installed inside the case of the set so, that between the said cases there is formed a channel for flow of working medium from the inlet branch to the outlet one. A cover of one of bearings of the shaft is pulled up to the case of the stator with bolts successively behind the working wheel from the side of the inlet branch. From the opposite side of the set case to the set there are successively pulled up flanges of the stator case, the cover of the second bearing and cable box of the generator. ^ EFFECT: simplified design and increased service life of set. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
