FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to sonochemical treatment of fluids and may be used in water solution biopolymers hydration to produce components of medicine preparations, food products, semi finished products and raw materials. In compliance with proposed method, solutions are treated in cavitation reactor with preset amplitude of pressure of ultrasound fed into reactor and at preset efficiency at no higher than +60C. Note here that, for treatment of water volume defined by disclosed formula, no more than one mega joule of ultra sound power is consumed. Note also that ultra sound is radiated at pressure amplitude with relation to hydrostatic pressure in reactor taken to make 1<a<5.5. ^ EFFECT: reduced power consumption, higher efficiency. ^ 3 dwg, 1 tbl |
