FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnologies and represents immunogenic composition - emulsion of type "oil-in-water", which contains water solution, containing antigen or immunogen, nonionogenic lipophilic ethoxylated C9-C22 alcohol of fatty series, ethoxylated 1-4 EO, mineral oil, which contains linear or branched carbon chain, which contains from 15 to 32 atoms of carbon, nonionic hydrophilic surface-active substance, which represents ethoxylated C9-C22 alcohol from fatty series, ethoxylated 5-21 EO. Total concentration of surface-active substances (by weight per volume of emulsion) constitutes from 0.2% to 6.5%, concentration of oil phase, which includes oil(s) and surface-active substances constitutes from 2% to 50% and temperature of phase inversion (PIT) constitutes from 25C to 65C. ^ EFFECT: invention can be applied as adjuvant. ^ 19 cl, 5 tbl, 11 ex |
