FIELD: process engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, in particular, to production of tension members for flexible hoses from annular band billets. Proposed device comprises foundation to support guides, slide, banding mandrel with working part and mandrel drive. Said bending mandrel incorporates arc-like ledge with retainer made up of tenon, magnetic stop and coiling mechanism. Said arc-like ledge is made on bending mandrel working part. Magnetic stop is arranged on foundation. Coiling mechanism is arranged in slide slit and made up of two bell cranks. Said bell cranks are pivoted on axles fitted onto slide. Bending rolls are arranged one end of bell cranks. Opposite end of said bell cranks is pressed against guide by coil compression spring. Bending mandrel is arranged to be pneumatically driven about its axis. ^ EFFECT: simplified design. ^ 9 dwg |
