FIELD: medicine. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. Pin-rod apparatus for treatment of fractures contains two supports, connected to each other by threaded bars. Supports are made in form of two semi-rings. Each semi-ring is provided with transosteal pin, fixed in semi-ring, and screw rod, fixed in plane, perpendicular to plane of introduction of transosteal pin by means of cantilevered pole, fixed in medium part of semi-ring. ^ EFFECT: invention provides opportunity of reposition and fixation of bone fragments due to fixation of arch-shaped supports on each bone fragment with application of placed in bone pin and threaded rod by placement of rod in plane, which passes perpendicular through central part of pin, aside pin and close to ("maximally close to") fracture line. ^ 1 dwg |
