FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutics. ^ SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to compositions for local delivery through skin and nails of cosmetic and/or pharmaceutic agents. Claimed composition contains two biologically compatible organic solvents, polar lipid, one or several surface-active docusate-containing agents, and also water, urea and thickening agent. Said organic solvents contain ester, which represents isopropyl ester of fatty acid, containing from 4 to 22 carbon atoms, and propylene glycol in definite amounts. Also claimed is method of said composition obtaining. Depending on used pharmaceutical agent composition can be used for treatment of patients with various diseases, suc as, for instance, osteomycosis - when using myconasole, nail psoriasis - when using betamethazone dipropionate and methotrexate, Raynaud's disease - when using nitroglycerine. ^ EFFECT: compositions possess pleasant smell and tactile characteristics and ensure fast penetration of active substance through skin and/or nails and its efficient action in requires localisation. ^ 24 cl, 17 ex |
