The adipose tissue is crushed mechanically, as well as with ultrasound. The lipid solvent used is ethyl ether, ethyl acetate, chloroform, acetone, benzene, xylene or benzene. Dissolution of lipids can be repeated two times or more. After adding the solvent, the adipose tissue can be stirred (manually, using a glass rod or by shaking). Also, after adding the solvent, the adipose tissue is heated to 50C. Extraction of grains from the vessel with high specific weight is carried out via decantation.
