In a scraper conveyer, chain coupling 10 for coupling side chains 14, 15 to a scraper flight (not shown), is formed with a bulb at 20 to allow for wear due to frictional engagement with the scraper casing and is flattened at arms 12, 13 and bevelled at 17, 18 to receive the scraper flight therebetween, each arm 12, 13 having a transverse hole by which the coupling is bolted to the flight. |
