Method for determination of volume of post-resection hemothorax at which additional at radiogram at levels of back section of VII rib one measures ½ of depth and ½ of width of hemothorax, heights of hemothorax are measured between the top of cupola of pleura and level of back section of the VII rib, between the back section of the VII rib and middle of slope of diaphragm, and total volume of hemothorax is calculated on basis of identity:cmwhere h– height of hemothorax that is between the top of cupola of pleura and level of back section of the VII rib, cm;h– height of hemothorax that is between the bqck section of the VII rib and middle of slope of diaphragm, cm;a -/depth of hemothorax at level of back section of the VII rib, cm;b -/width of hemothorax at level of back section of the VII rib, cm. |
