A method for producing semiconductor material includes the preparation of initial components, which composition includes mercury, manganese, tellurium and sulfur, cultivation of solid solution and production of material samples. The initial components are prepared in the ratio which is defined by stoichiometric composition of solid solution HgMnTeSe, and produced samples are softened in sulfur vapours. |
