Method for determination of phosphate in presence of hydrolyzing organic compounds of phosphor with use of heteropolycomplexes. As analytical form ion associate of 12 – molibdophosphoric heteropolyanion with polymethyn dye astrafloxin is used, and for stabilization of color of ion associate and decrease of effect of hydrolysis of hydrolyzing compounds of phosphor at once after formation of ion associate one forms pH 5.0-5.5.
