The invention relates to medicine, namely, pulmonology, and can be used in clinical practice for the pathogenetic treatment of patients with bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The developed method for pathogenetic treatment of patients with bronchial asthma, in which by identifying the anatomical size of both lung and respiratory non-lung components, the determination of sizes deviation of these organs from their nominal sizes is achieved, and identification of features of asthma pathogenesis separately for each patient and assignment specific amount of dynamic controlled treatment with the exception of drug load on the patient. So in the method for pathogenetic treatment of patients with bronchial asthma, which consists of preliminary examination of patient and the diagnosis of lung diseases and respiratory diseases associated witn non-lung internal organs and their combined treatment, according to the invention, the diagnosis of diseases the comparative anatomical percussion is performed by size of individual organs as lung components of the respiratory and non-lung internal organs, selected from the group of adrenals and/or kidneys, and/or liver, and/or heart and the treatment is carried out by stimulation of both key elements of breathing and cortical center of breath and/or the spinal center of respiration, and, if necessary, stimulation of cardiac spinal centers and/or adrenal spinal center and/or liver and gall bladder. |
