A two-layer concrete article, mainly paving tiles, obtained by vibration compaction, consists of basic and decorative layers, each of which comprises filler, cement and water, and the decorative layer also contains sand. Both layers additionally contain a complex additive with a plasticizing effect. The basic layer of the article as a filler contains a slag of ferrosilicon manganese production or a mixture of granite screenings in the following ratio, wt. %: cement – 14.0-22.3; complex additive with plasticizing effect - 0.5-0.7; water - 4.0-5.0; slag of ferrosilicon manganese production or mixture of granite screenings – remainder. The decorative layer contains as a filler coarse crumb of granite, in the following ratio, wt. %: granite coarse crumbs – 32.5-70.0; cement – 16.0-22.0; sand – 10.0-41.0; complex additive with plasticizing effect - 0.05-0.1; water – 3.95-4.4. |
