The invention relates to a process for the preparation of complex microbiological fertilizer, consisting in growing of plants, mycorrhized on mixture of defecation mud, which is filtration washing sludge of sugar beet production, and inoculation material of fungi of arbuskular mycorrhiza, after finishing of vegetation period the upper part of defecation mud is extracted, dried and pellety mixture is obtained, then by the mentioned pellety mixture seeds of mycorrhized plant are treated and the upper part of defecation mud is seeded, on which plants were growing and additionally the suspension of legume bacteria is added into it.
