Method for determination of fraction of lipoproteins includes blood sampling on empty stomach, separation of serum from suspension of erythrocytes through centrifugation, treatment of blood serum with solution of sudan B in thermostat, introduction of mix to cup of ararose gel, electrophoretic effect, fixation of electrophoregrams, drying and densitometry. Before treatment of serum with B one adds solution of detergent of triton X-100 with incubation of mix and mixing. |
